Goal

• With the aim of positioning Sintra as one of the "Portuguese Municipalities with a Future" and placing its future at the center of discussions, the challenge arises to create a project that promotes innovation and public participation. The objective is to involve citizens, companies, and organizations that influence the quality of life and value creation in order to develop and promote a series of strategic actions that contribute to a new concept of Sintra. The project consists of identifying opportunities through the Design Thinking methodology, defining a set of opportunity spaces for the Candidate Program.
