Goal

• In this session, through a robust methodological approach, our objective is to understand the current reality and evaluate the impact of certain actions on a system or process. This will allow us to gain a better understanding of the critical factors necessary for the implementation of the Strategic Plan and for the proper allocation of resources. Furthermore, we aim to obtain a deeper understanding of the challenges through the insights of consortium partners and subsequently some members of the project's Monitoring Board. We will employ a methodology based on a collaborative model, where solutions emerge from people. Our goal is also to challenge the different partners to think about the future, establishing common principles and priorities for the next two years. We will anticipate potential obstacles to implementation and ensure that the planning process is effective, participatory, and relevant to all parties involved.
