- Explore different options for dividing the costs of works in the garage among the unit owners, considering that the majority do not have electric vehicles. Seek to align incentives among all the unit owners, both those with electric vehicles and those without. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of potential barriers to sales, ensuring that the sales process is effective and straightforward for all parties involved.

Goal
- Obtain a comprehensive and empathetic understanding of the proposed challenge through in-depth interviews and empathetic experiences. Continuously validate the learnings acquired throughout this journey through two co-creation and brainstorming sessions. Develop the customer journey in six pre-defined stages. Conduct a mapping of different stakeholders and identify potential partnerships that can leverage EDP's capabilities. Analyze the current scenario with a special focus on identifying pain points and bottlenecks to be addressed. Map the current state of the service offered and identify initiatives that address some of these problems.

- Explore different approaches to intervene in the beneficiary's journey, covering the pre, during, and post-care phases. Seek to align perceptions and attitudes among all stakeholders, aiming to deepen the culture of Customer Service at SãVida EDP. Challenge SãVida to adopt a customer-centric mindset, establishing common principles of action. Identify potential barriers to digital transformation and ensure that care delivery is aligned with the needs and expectations of beneficiaries.
