Digital Transformation Roadmap

What is digital transformation? Should my organization embrace a digital transformation project? What steps and resources does it involve? What examples can I take as a reference?

The answer to these and other questions is the basis for developing an introduction to a digital transformation program that will give you the map to chart your transformation path in 2 days and 4 sessions.

Who is it for?

The primary target audience for this course includes the following:

  • Managers and professionals with an interest in knowing how to initiate and conduct digital transformation processes;
  • Internal consultants, project leaders, decision-makers, and executives from functional areas where business transformation and new business models are to be implemented;
  • Experts or consultants who want to deepen their knowledge in digital transformation.

Program

Program

At the beginning of this program, each participant is given a digital transformation roadmap guide, which allows them to record the steps their organization should take to implement the transformation plan.

Each session will also wrap up the previous sessions to clarify how this "virtuous circle" allows one to create the roadmap for the digital transformation of one's organization.

  • Several real-life first-person cases are also presented as illustrations of the Engagement strategies.

Session 3 Transform
