The Postgraduate Program in Customer Experience equips professionals to turn data into strategic insights and design experiences that place the customer at the heart of marketing strategy. This Postgraduate program gives access to the Master's Degree Program in Data-Driven Marketing, with a specialization in Customer Experience.
